TIM JOHNSON

Senior Owners Corporation Manager

Tim joined Owners Corporation and Property Management in 2010, after completing a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and working in Tax Accounting.

He has worked across both High-Rise apartment complexes to smaller townhouse developments as part of his roles, including as a maintenance manager for over 1000 lots.

His experience in accounting, property management and maintenance provides a holistic approach and understanding to owners corporation management.

Lizzie is a dedicated, enthusiastic and accomplished Owners Corporation Manager with a wealth of experience to offer having 12+ years extensive and varied experience administering Owners Corporations with integrity and competency. Her exposure to differing asset types ranges from the largest residential Owners Corporations in Australia, premium mixed-use developments to single block sub-divisions – across a spectrum of demographic and socio-economic profiles. 

Lizzie makes tangible differences to the Owner Corporations she manages, striving to value add and take ownership of outcomes and prides herself on her ability to gain stakeholder engagement and confidence due to her optimistic and positive approach, accountability and accuracy. She is proven in effective collaboration with asset managers, facility management providers, contractors, suppliers and building occupants – always making her priority the nurturing of the multi-faceted relationships that are fundamental to a harmonious and functioning Owners Corporation.
